HOW IT WORKS?


Orientation:
Provide an orientation about the program to familiarize clients with our approach and expectations.

Initial Assessment:
Collect detailed information about the client’s current body condition, including weight, body fat percentage, height, BMR, and TDEE.
Assess fitness level, flexibility, food preferences, lifestyle factors, work-life balance, stress levels, sleep schedule, water intake, and any dietary restrictions such as allergies, cultural preferences, and specific dietary choices (vegan, vegetarian, eggitarian, seafood diets).
Note that we do not recommend fad diets such as keto, OMAD, military, or GM diet as they are not sustainable.

Personalized Planning:
Create a personalized plan tailored to fit the client’s needs and dietary preferences, considering any restrictions or cultural preferences.
Design a customized food plan incorporating their food preferences and limitations, while emphasizing balanced nutrition and whole foods.
Develop a fitness plan based on their schedule, access to gym equipment, and consideration of body conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, postpartum body needs, or any injuries/body limitations.
Emphasize a balanced workout approach to ensure that stress levels do not elevate, avoiding excessive cardio or HIIT workouts.

Personal Consultation:
Conduct a personal consultation to walk through the plan, make adjustments according to the client’s preferences, and address any concerns or questions.

Workout Plan Development:
Provide a detailed workout plan starting with bodyweight exercises and gradually progressing to more complex and demanding workouts, while considering individual fitness levels and body conditions.

One-on-One Sessions:
Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions to measure progress, including body measurements, energy levels, and workout progress.
Adjust the weekly plan accordingly based on the client’s progress, goals, and any changes in dietary preferences or body conditions.

Weekly Adjustments:
Readjust macros, diet plan, and workout plan every week based on the progress and target goals for each week, ensuring that the plan remains effective, sustainable, and aligned with the client’s needs and preferences.
