About Me
Hey there! I’m Padmini, a proud mother of a beautiful 11-year-old girl, originally from the vibrant state of Orissa in India and now happily settled in the USA for the past 15 years.
Growing up, health and nutrition were never really on my radar. Coming from a conservative family where studies took precedence over everything else, I never had the chance to explore sports or prioritize my well-being. After college, I dove straight into the world of IT, setting the stage for a sedentary lifestyle filled with long hours at work, irregular eating habits, and little to no focus on nutrition.
But deep down, I’ve always had a burning passion for fitness. Despite trying every fad diet under the sun – from keto to the military diet, and even experimenting with OMAD – I found myself hitting roadblocks and facing worsening health parameters. It wasn’t until I found myself teetering on the edge of prediabetes with elevated cholesterol levels that I realized something needed to change.
That’s when my journey towards a healthier lifestyle truly began. Investing my time in self-education and obtaining certifications in nutrition and fitness from INFS, I embarked on a transformative path that would ultimately lead me to shed around 30 pounds and embrace a more active lifestyle. At 40 years old, I achieved visible abs while still indulging in my regular diet and embracing my lifestyle to the fullest.
Now, as a certified nutrition and fitness coach, I’m on a mission to share my experiences, knowledge, and passion for healthy living with others. My approach is all about keeping it real, sustainable, relatable, and fun – because let’s face it, life’s too short for boring workouts and bland meals!
